Quick Selection Tool & Refine Edge with Photoshop
Step 1
Open Photoshop CC

The two files you need to open for this exercise can be found here:
File Menu > to Open and from the Look in select the G: Graphics drive folder > Computer Art > Photoshop Exercises Files.
Open both the Dog Retriever.jpg and Park.jpg images.

Select the Quick Selection Brush

Click and drag over the dog using the Quick Selection Brush tool. You will see a moving dotted line as you do this.

Hold down the Shift key and then Select Menu > Select and Mask

Select Overlay (V) if you don't already have this view selected. Most of the outside are around the dog will be a red color.
Then Press the Esc Key on keyboard

Increase your brush size to 200

Begin painting around the dog keeping the circle of the brush half on the dog and half on the background. See video clip
